Ria and Di, I now get the point about reporting the accident. The insurance now has details and they informed me to report it to the police as there is an injury to consider.

I have passed all that on to the driver of the car and she is happy with it, in fact she thought that we should have reported it at the time. My insurance is going to fight this on her insurance so that mine stays free of loss of no claims discount and payments from my insurance excess.

Shell, the drops seemed to work on her because after about ten mins she had calmed down a hell of a lot. And guess who has already called: Blood e leeches.
