Yes exactly meriad, that's what I was meaning too, it's a very real injury - and don't worry about the lady, the insurance Co's will sort it out.
Ours has been really good, telling us both over and over not to worry about it.

Poor old you Frank, and thank heavens it wasnt worse. I love the thought of you feeding the lady Bach rescue drops

You will be inundated with offers to claim from different insurance companies. But well done you for your principles.

Ria and Di, I now get the point about reporting the accident. The insurance now has details and they informed me to report it to the police as there is an injury to consider.

I have passed all that on to the driver of the car and she is happy with it, in fact she thought that we should have reported it at the time. My insurance is going to fight this on her insurance so that mine stays free of loss of no claims discount and payments from my insurance excess.

Shell, the drops seemed to work on her because after about ten mins she had calmed down a hell of a lot. And guess who has already called: :o  Blood e leeches.

Thanks for all the vibes everyone, they actually do seem to be working. :D

Good :)
I'm certainly not one for trying it on, far from it, but there are times when you shouldn't keep it quiet (((x)))

Well, yes, but.........

As luck would have it there was a piece of old rope tied on the railings - just enough to tie the top-box back on the bike. Clouds - silver linings. :D
