That's what I'd do....although I cheat and buy those packets of pasta that come with the sauce as a dry mix, and you add milk and water and a dab of butter to cook it - you can get them in several different flavours, we like the chicken and mushroom or chicken and garlic best :D And maybe serve them with peas or green beans.

Jen's cooking tonight (hurray!) and we're having salmon - not sure what else as I am banned from the kitchen on these occasions 8-)
