What's for dinner?

I'd probably say more medium size - just right for one person to have as a decent size veg portion.

But I've got quite a few on the two plants. I have a friend coming for dinner on Tuesday so think I'll make some moussaka

We had panados, pan fried turnkey breasts, with onion, garlic and mushroom sauce, beans, brocolli and taters

With turkey breast steaks cut in strips; didn't have a pack of veg so used pepper, mushrooms, courgette & carrot, all in matchsticks. Brilliant recipe, so simple and yummy

I love love moussaka - if you look on the BBc goodfood website meriad, there's also a recipe for hob-to-table moussaka, that you cook all in one pan. It's really good, and less time-consuming
