I'd probably say more medium size - just right for one person to have as a decent size veg portion.

But I've got quite a few on the two plants. I have a friend coming for dinner on Tuesday so think I'll make some moussaka

We had panados, pan fried turnkey breasts, with onion, garlic and mushroom sauce, beans, brocolli and taters :D

With turkey breast steaks cut in strips; didn't have a pack of veg so used pepper, mushrooms, courgette & carrot, all in matchsticks. Brilliant recipe, so simple and yummy :)

I love love moussaka - if you look on the BBc goodfood website meriad, there's also a recipe for hob-to-table moussaka, that you cook all in one pan. It's really good, and less time-consuming ;) :)

Now to watch bake-off :D
