I do, I sometimes have vegetarian days.
I ask because a study by Leeds Uni has found that they could make babies, even fussy eaters, "like" vegetables...... though they did it with purée and and added veg oil, or sugar, or both, to some of the meals.
Back in my day all mum did was mash some up with a fork with possibly a knob of butter or a splash of milk. If we were very lucky we might get a spoonful of gravy from dad's plate. Nobody, but nobody, would have dreamt of adding oil or sugar..... One was for frying in, the other was for putting in tea. Purée was something French, but it could have been anything.
