Well I am not alone regarding complaints. I managed finally thanks to Molly to get the Chief Executives email address,
I have spent at least 45 minutes trying to get an email to him to him, rejected each time until I omitted the name Sebastian..
And wrote James@dixons.co.uk let us hope it gets to his desk.
I would also like to thank those who have written of their experiences with this second rate company. Good service seems to be the luck of the draw, and again thanks to Molly who pointed me in the right direction.

If that doesn't work Kate, you could always put your complaint on his Twitter feed.

Yes Kate, Dixons do own Currys and PC World. I have had good service from them though always collect. Cheaper than most.

Kate, have a look at www.ao.com (appliances online) to see if they have the fridge you're looking to buy.

They are very good with their delivery and their prices and they may even be able to deliver tomorrow? You could then cancel the Curry's order

Shocking service from them!

Kate, Hope you soon get your fridge problem sortes.
Our fridge recently stopped working on Friday evening. So on Saturday morning went to a local electrical retailer. Saw a fridge we liked even though it was bigger than the old one. It was delivered on Saturday afternoon and the old one taken away.
Only had to take the packaging-- lots of cardboard and polystyrene- to the local tip.
Will never use Currys or other large retailers. Get mush better service from local small shops.
