Hubby just said they are forecasting a Force 12 gale over the Irish Sea area. Britain has never had a Force 12 before!! :o

I am hanging on for dear life here!!!!!!!!!!!

Hard to believe the wind could get much worse! Hopefully it will have lost some strength before it hits land :?

Force 12!

The depression might only be classed as a storm, but those are hurricane force winds, the sort that even Michael Fish would recognise.

The wind has really picked up here in the Midlands in the last hour or so, we've had some strong squalls.
