We have got a slow cooker, Di, and Mrs O has said she'll supervise me on it's use once she's back on her feet - that's Cooking 102 and I'm still on the Cooking 101 module....

We had a reasonable amount of the beef left over from yesterday, so it will be casserole, mash and peas tonight!!
