In my fridge - real butter, spreadable Anchor ;)
Can't stand anything that doesn't taste of butter.

Except, am happy to use Stork in cakes :D

I have Lurpak, Mick has Benecol for his cholesterol. Mine is perfect :-P :kick: :lol:

In her later books it always says softened butter, but she's always said soft Stork before, and she did a cook-off with Paul H last year (?) for a Victoria sponge, she using 'soft spread' and he using butter, and she won :D
