Afternoon all!
It's windy and grey here I've been to the gym and then taken Billy for a run. Once Tom's home from school (Joe's getting the bus to my parents) I'm going to run down to Tesco to get baking things to make some cakes and brownies tomorrow for John to take into work on his birthday on Wednesday. Once John's home from work we're going to order a big huge enormous massive Chinese takeaway and pick it up on the way to my Mom and Dad's house. Dad's 80 today but doesn't want a fuss so this is what Mom and I decided to do. He's not one for going out for meals really and loves Chinese food. I didn't know what to get him - anything he wants to treat himself to he goes and gets - so we're taking him for a day out, to the visitor centre at Manchester Airport to go on the Concorde tour. He's very interested in aviation and loved Concorde so I think he'll really enjoy that.
Ton, I hope the bite and hayfever ease soon - I suffer with both so know how miserable it can be.
