And the Word of the Day is ...

"Waddle!"

Let off the leash this morning, so down to the carvery for an all-you-can-eat breakfast ......

Was very restrained. No sausages or baked beans. But did have 6 rashers bacon, 6 hash browns, 4 fried eggs, 4 plum tomatoes and a coffee. :D

Then was nearly run over by a bus while waddling across the road to the doctor's surgery to pick up the bi-monthly prescription for 10 tonnes of diabetic pills ..

Collected the paperwork from the counter, turned to face the waiting room - and inadvertently sneezed loudly and uncontrollably, three times.

(Too much pepper on the plum tomatoes, you see)

Having got everybody's attention, smiled sweetly and mouthed "Coronavirus" before fleeing .....

'Fraid not, Agenoria. The cost was £5.54, £3.99 for the unlimited breakfast and £1.55 for the coffee.

The diet starts imminently ..... :)
