lost 1 piece of luggage inbound to Uk in JANUARY,took 3 days to catch up with us.

had to buy a few things -cost 40.50pd

filled out claim form-accepted

paid 01/03, still not actually received,now tell me it takes 15/20 working days from 01/03,so now i should actually have by the 28th at the latest

Vic, if your claim is accepted why can they not transfer money to your account immediately? 15-20 days to go through the system is ridiculous.

As with Scumair, you get what you pay for. Quick refunds are not in the deal. When it works it's great. When it doesn't you realise where a lot of the cost goes in flag carrier flights...

At least Sleasyjet is more amenable to actually starting the refund process and makes it easier.
