Monte is hill

das aguinhas is little eagles.

The sign on the road says Monte das Aguinhas de cima

which basically means house of little eagles on top

I asked a friend today WM and she thinks aguinhas is more than likely an Alentejana pronunciation.

I can't get aguinhas either ;)
