Totally bizarre!
I booked us a room at a little boutique hotel in Nerja we've stayed at before for the 21st March with booking.com two weeks ago.
Had an email on Saturday informing me I'd cancelled the room?! No, I haven't, I responded.
Had an email yesterday informing me I'd booked two rooms for the 21st March! No, I haven't, I responded.
Please amend booking.
Had an email last night informing me they'd cancelled the 'extra' room. Thank you, I responded.
Had an email this morning informing me I'd cancelled the original room! No, I haven't, I responded.
I looked up the details of the hotel, emailed them and had a really funny reply from Jose:
"Perhaps booking.com have gone a little crazy".
I've now arranged with Jose to just turn up there and pay on the day.
I've sent booking.com an email telling them to do one! I await their response.
