We were woken at 5.22 this morning by an earthquake tremor.
We leapt up out of bed as the windows were rattling and there was a strange noise.
Lying in bed afterwards chatting we were hit by an aftershock 15 minutes later - it was a bit like being on a boat.
Just had a look round everywhere and all looks ok.

Not going to WW this morning as I had an awful night's sleep with a very bad bout of reflux and hardly slept, That means no zumba too, but can't be helped, I am absolutely shattered 
Stuff to do around here if I can find the energy later, and I'll probably manage a gentle walk later - B is off today so I might go with her and the dogs this afternoon.
