It's the kind of thing that would be perfect for someone like me Saundra. I suspect that fresh cooked on the hob may taste a bit nicer, but doing it like that takes time and during the week time is the one thing I don't really have lots of. On a normal work day I leave just after 7am and come home just before 7pm - I'm out 11.5 hours. Then when home I have the cats to feed and things to do before I get to sort myself out (winters are easy, but spring, summer and autumn I have the garden and the hogs to worry about as well and I often don't get to sit down until about 8.30pm) - so having something that can make me dinner in less than 30 minutes unsupervised is an absolute bonus.
I'm seriously thinking of getting myself one of these just because it's so easy - and no doubt infinitely healthier than most of the dinners I have now which whilst quick and easy don't really do much for the 5-a-day thing
