Freezer dinner no. 1

Postby tonicha » 15 Dec 2015, 19:08

I really must write on the bags of meat I put in the freezer  8-)

Tonight, we had cabbage, carrots, peas, mash.

All of that was supposed to go with pork steaks.

it was chicken

The veg was steaming nicely, the spuds were boiling nicely before I opened the bag

And all of my herbs are packed    so I rather rapidly chopped up some garlic, pan fried the chicken breast with that and it wasn't half bad.

Tomorrow is soup - I know it's soup, because of the container it's in 8-) 8-) 8-)

Snap, I was going to say UFOs as well. For some reason when I put them in the freezer I think I'll remember what it is. Haha yeah right.
