Freezer dinner no. 1

I really must write on the bags of meat I put in the freezer

Tonight, we had cabbage, carrots, peas, mash.

All of that was supposed to go with pork steaks.

it was chicken

The veg was steaming nicely, the spuds were boiling nicely before I opened the bag

And all of my herbs are packed so I rather rapidly chopped up some garlic, pan fried the chicken breast with that and it wasn't half bad.

Tomorrow is soup - I know it's soup, because of the container it's in

Nothing wrong with chicken, with those veg!! Just before we moved we were eating all sorts of weird and wonderful combinations, topped off by ice lollies for pud

Ah yes - UFO's (unidentified frozen object ) the story of my life can make lunch times interesting though

I once defrosted what I thought was a bag of pre-cooked baked potatoes, only to discover they were actually cheese muffins

It's carrot and something WM, I think. And I've got a gert tin of lentils, so will add that to it.

And some lush bread.

Snap, I was going to say UFOs as well. For some reason when I put them in the freezer I think I'll remember what it is. Haha yeah right.

And it's butternut squash and chilli soup - I smelt it earlier, when I opened the container
