Not quite sure what I'm doing with it, but we have some turkey strips with a Korean bbq sauce (chilli, ginger, etc but also golden syrup so sweet but hottish I guess).
A bargain the other week in M&S; the strips are raw, dusted in flour so intended to go crispy.
The sauce is a separate sachet, so can be used or not.
Two ideas so far, any more gratefully received
1. Ignore sauce; cook turkey on lower heat so flour will act as thickening for sort-of Stroganoff (add onion, mushrooms, creme fraiche), serve with rice & broccoli.
2. Use turkey as intended, stir-fry with broccoli, mushrooms & pepper; adjust sauce to be less sweet by adding soy, more ginger, etc. Serve with either noodles or rice.
