Sympathy Ton, but I also see your husbands point of view - and I am also a Libra! We don't like change as we get older, we also like to get used to people and places and then we don't want to upheave and leave it all. I'm not taking sides here, you both have valid points of view but I think maybe a bit more discussion is called for. Would, after all the moving costs are met it leave you with a bigger mortgage? That would be the decider for me.

They decided to make a lower offer on the house they liked and it was accepted, and it costs less than their current one is selling for x
