Oh that's handy - that cooker looks good :D - and there's not so much furniture so you can work with what you want :)

How long does it usually take now then, till you're on your way? :D

Sympathy Ton, but I also see your husbands point of view - and I am also a Libra! We don't like change as we get older, we also like to get used to people and places and then we don't want to upheave and leave it all. I'm not taking sides here, you both have valid points of view but I think maybe a bit more discussion is called for. Would, after all the moving costs are met it leave you with a bigger mortgage? That would be the decider for me.

Cal I think maybe you missed a page (I know I've done that before) :)
They decided to make a lower offer on the house they liked and it was accepted, and it costs less than their current one is selling for :) x

Thank you all.

And Cal, no worries, we don't have a mortgage and wouldn't get one anyway.

it's cash buyers for us and we're cash buyers, so all looks hunk dory.

Just waiting for the date to sign the contract and then we think we'll be in there by the 2nd week of December :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:
