I think I had the hot plates on a tad high and as I'd also put the prawns in a chilli, garlic, ginger and sesame oil marinade, that didn't help.
We now have the front and back doors open, as well as the garage door, to let al lthe smoke out
Was very scrummy though
I also did a salad with onions, tomatoes and roasted peppers, couscous and boiled egg chopped up with chick peas (as Grumpy requested) pork steaks, spicy sausage, Portuguese black puddin', jalapeno chillis and a couple of cooling dips.
Now stuffed..................
