Morning Ton, your typings a bit better this morning...
So taking that as a sign that your eye is feeling good.
good luck at the hosp today.
Folks, in future, remind me never to take a 2 & 3 year old shopping again??!!
If they weren't running through the aisles egging each other on, the were fighting like cats and dogs in their double pushchair.
However on a positive note, master o wore knickers and trousers out, and they came home dry. He even used a adults public toilet. Go my little man! (Cue the Pom Pom waving dancing girls) and I had been told that 2years old was too early for boys. Just have to convince him now to go ALL at once, not like a puppy dog marking his territory, a bit here and a bit later then a bit more... He must have good muscle control
I got him out of his cot this morning and he had a soft toy on his back and he said, look mum, I'm a turtle! Then wanted said toy to remain on his back, so I stuffed it up his pjs.
Got home from shopping and Sasha said, look at this mum, and it was the biggest deepest thorn you have ever seen lodged in the top of her big toe. Happened last night sometime and hubby thought it was a pen mark when he saw it (which to be fair is what I thought too to start with, of it wasn't for the fact that her toe was going red I would have dismissed it). So out came needle and twizers, with no luck, so call to the doctors. Up there at 3 and it took me, the nurse and the doctor to get it out. Two of us pinning her and the doctor "operating" There is still a wee bit in, but she is hopeful that the body will absorb it, if not, scalpel time.
even the doc was a bit puzzled at the first how to get it out. Poor Sasha SCREAMED for about 30 mins. 20 of them after they had done it.
but it's out now, and she says it feels much better. Why she left it to the afternoon to tell me I don't know. I did see her walking a few steps on the side of her foot and thought it odd, but next time she walked fine, so I dismissed it.
Anyway, enough of my novel,
Have a good day all
