Saundra that sounds nice. Well I made a big bowl of salad - baby leaves, home grown cuke, peppers and cherry tomatoes - and we had it with quiche and jacket potato Small amount of ice cream for pud

We had chicken and spicy sausages skewers, on the bbq, with cold rice which had chillies in it, as well as peas, sauted onion and garlic, with a white bean thingy, which had salami, presunto, onion and more garlic

A glass of white wine and now sort of watching the Portuguese under 21's play Sweden - footie, sorry

It's a favourite with either, both is a bonus

Chicken Vindaloo with vegetable basmati rice and a selection of pakoras. Lush.

Go on - what's gado-gado?

Debih it's a Malaysian salad with peanut sauce. Loads of veg, cooked and raw, plus quartered hard-boiled eggs. Sauce like satay, on the side or drizzled all over.
You can use anything really; we'll be having new potatoes, asparagus, courgette, iceberg chunks, cucumber, baby tomatoes, peppers, egg...maybe green beans. It's yummy scrummy and you need a lot more sauce than you think 'cos it's so moreish.
