Pizzas have many variations...the kind most people are familiar with are truly awful
The type Wm and I make are less bready/doughy than a sandwich, and about a tenth of the cheese of bought ones too - no comparison
Anyroads, we do often have pizza on Saturdays, but since we went out to Prezzo last night we were going to have steak.
But I didn't feel like it, so we had big indecision time.
Eventually we spotted an 'Indian meal for 2' in Tesco, reduce to four squid, so that decided it
But, one indication of why people eat more/weigh more than they should - half the pack was 1367 calories, which is really quite extreme
Happily, without seeing that info, Bb had already said he reckoned we probably only needed half the pack - and he's a greedy person!
4 onion bhajils - huge great things - one each, 2 in the freezer.
Chicken tikka masalla. Plenty, but literally lumps of chicken in sauce. So the only real work I did was to stir-fry some quickly chopped red onion, red & green pepper and tomato, then stir it in before serving.
Pilau rice - very nice, we ate just over half of that and didn't risk freezing it, it's only a bit of rice after all
2 full-sized naan breads - one for the freezer.
And chicken korma - not what either of us would choose, but in the freezer and can no doubt be doctored as above
Bb, as said, is a greedy wotsit but no way could he have eaten half of that whole pack
