I tried to post more Jo but the kindle doesn't like VV (or vice versa!) 
The nice this is, you can order 2 or 3 things, then order more - see what the next table's having and order that. There are 'main' dishes too, but we particularly like having lots of different things
I kept the menu (it's in the form of a big paper tablemat) so when I get round to it I'll let you know what we had
