Morning Ally :) Morning all :)

Well first of all today I need to get on with the housey stuff I no longer get time to do first thing on Mondays any more, since WW and these GP appointments of the last few weeks  So hoovering, mopping, and ironing on the agenda  If I get started early enough there will still be plenty of time still for my walk into town, a bit of shopping and then a walk back. Hope it stays dry as that makes it a lot more pleasant ;)

Lots of vibes for Frank, and hoping Di and Bry are enjoying the Big Smoke :D

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning all :)

Bright outside although I can see looking over at the gardens opposite we've had a frost.

Hugs for (((((((WM))))))) x

Wish me luck, I've got an appointment with a new hairdresser at 1pm. Been putting it off since we got here, managed to fit the last cut/colour in when we went up to Swindon in October, but it's well overdue now and I can't run up there every time it needs doing. Fingers crossed it's not a disaster :?

Hope you all have a good day :)

Oh, good luck Jen - since we moved, Grumpy has got the shears out and just cuts mine in a straight ish  line    Lucky that it's dead straight

We're off to see the rather lovely Dr Paulo this morning 8-) 8-) then stopping at Lidl's on the way back oh, and Continente to pick up our hopefully repaired new kettle :?

Then I think a sit on the front step with a beer or two :D :D :D :D

Hope you all have a good day xx and massive hugs to WM xx

Morning all. Not as cold and icy here today though still very frosty - the roads were white over with frost this morning.

Work for me until 12pm and then I've finished for the week. In fact, I only have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to work next week and I've finished until 5th January. :P

Nice long walk over the fields with Millie when I get home as I need to gather greenery. Tonight is wreath making at craft group. Which also means lashings of mince pies and the first outing for my Christmas pudding vodka!

Good luck Jen and huge hugs for Frank.

Morning all; had a lovely evening meeting up with Di and Bb yesterday. But had to leave fairly early'ish as I had to be at work earlier today. But given it was a Monday, probably just as well ;-)

Debih I am very jealous... I'm working through to the 23rd and then only have some time off; I'd love to swap places with you :D
Jen, definitely good luck with the hairdresser. Two changes I hate most about moving; hairdresser and dentist.
Ton, your beer on the front step sounds just perfect
Kaz, don't work too hard today, but if you're on a roll fancy coming over to mine and continuing there?
Ally, safe travels to Don

Have a lovely day all xxx

Good-day all.

Got up late this morning, as I felt so comfortable in bed, and I know
this cold I have always feels worse for a few hours after getting up.

I won't be doing much today - that's for sure.

Could do with a dose of Famel syrup, but that's not available now.

Hope you are all well.

No problems with Dr Paulo, will see him again in July. Did Lidl's, got some Christmas cards, piked up hopefully repaired kettle, had lunch and the sun is sort of out. Bit hazy now.

BUT good news on the pension front, :P :P :P :P :P :P :P so although we won't be getting the dosh this side of Christmas, it's something to look forward to :P :P :P

Grumpy has decided on a new car (well, a different one, not new) and I'm still thinking...................... 8-)

Good afternoon all, it's flippin' chilly out there with a bitterly cold strong wind.

I went to the post office on the way home from the gym to post the cards and get a couple of parcels weighed and posted, so that's another job out of the way!I took Billy out for an hour when I got home, couldn't wait to get home for a nice big mug of coffee!

Hope Don's had a good flight!

Hope it's stayed dry for your walk Kaz :)

Feel better soon Aggers, take care!

Have a good day all!

It did thanks Jo :P

Ria I ran out of steam before I got to the ironing, so have to decline    Glad you had a nice time with Di and Bry :D

Jen hope your HD appointment went ok, I am officially growing mine now, and it's coming out of the awkward stage now too :)

That's great news Ton :D :D

Glad you are getting a decent break Debih :) :D I wish Mick would put his foot down and book some decent time off, but he's bugging me to find out exactly when my sister and BIL are coming over, and I know it's because he'll be 'covering' at work a fair bit  :x We had a bit of a row about his workaholic ways at the weekend........ :( :o That's possibly for another board though................

I've been to the PO too Jo, this time I worked out the postage in advance so I only had to drop it in the box inside the door  :x
