Another gorgeous day here.

Run to be done then nipping into town to the bank and post office.

Meeting my friend for coffee and cake...Helena at Tiede has promised us raspberry swirl cake.

Feel a little more human today. Colds seem to wash me out for a good few days.
Weather looks typically autumnal, which is ok by me. I'll wrap up later and take the dog out.
I won't inflict my cold on my tango partners this evening, so I'll give that a miss.
Mr L has a meeting at the new house with the letting agent today, so that will be interesting.

It's a really miserable morning here today - cold and damp with a very fine drizzle that just gets everywhere. I'd rather be at home on the sofa wrapped up in a blanket

A gorgeously sunny morning - although a bit nippy in the shade

So the plan for today is work outside, sort the front garden out - cut back the triffids and Grumpy is doing stuff with paint

Leftovers for dinner, with the most scrummy cabbage (and I'm not a cabbage lover, normally) we've ever had

We had a lovely lazy stroll by the harbour yesterday. It's E's birthday today so the plan is to go somewhere nice for lunch, haven't decided exactly where yet though. Tbh we'd be quite happy with fish and chips, it's always so fresh here, will wait to see what he wants to do when he gets out of the shower.

We've now finished writing the Christmas cards. All we have to do now is stick on the stamps and post them.

The next job is unpacking the tree and the decorations, but that will have to wait until tomorrow.

It's a lovely afternoon, so I think I'll do a bit of tidying-up in the garden.
