Morning all :D

Image Kaz and Mick, have a lovely day xxx

Safe journey to Don Ally x

Enjoy Dawn French Debih :D

We only saw one bungalow yesterday in the end, the one in the village. It was charming but a little smaller than we'd really like although with a little work
it could work. Very quiet location and the village shop is just around the corner, still too isolated for us so we've crossed it firmly off the list. The other one cancelled, apparently it's empty and the vendors suddenly decided they'd move in and sell their own house (think it must be an inheritance). Anyway we got a call this morning to say they've changed their mind again and do want to sell it so were we still interested in viewing. We said perhaps next week, as E said maybe they'll be more definite about what they're doing by then

We're off to do a bit of food shopping later this morning and that's about all the excitement we can muster up for today

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning :)
A weird day - it was blue and sunny at 8, then it clouded over and now we have very thick fog!

Been busy here (relatively speaking); Bb had an appointment so I had an early shower - I hate being second, is that just me?! :D
Got some washing in, which will have to be dried in there too.
Clicked on Amazon's black Friday deals (yes it's Thursday but they're every day this week), and spotted a Kipling bag that Bb could buy me for Christmas :)
Knew it would go fast so gave him his instructions ;)

Then while amazon was still open I found Minnie's dogfood as an upcoming deal :!:
Been on here and going back to make sure I didn't miss it :D
Just been waiting for it to start, and got it for only £15.89 for a 12.5kg bag - I'll have to check with him but I'm sure we normally pay £30-something...should probably have ordered two, but they only have the turkey & rice. Minnie does have that and likes it just as much, but usually has salmon ;)

So, back to here...hope you enjoy your day Debih xx
Happy Anniversary Kaz and Mick, enjoy it :D
Ally glad D will be back, enjoy him :D
Oh yuk Lissie - I tend to use that spray stuff and do it in an hour or so but it's a job I hate too x
Glad you have sunshine Ton :)
Sorry if I've missed anything, all this to-ing and fro-ing is discomobulating

Good afternoon all.

Just been into town for an eye test. They had problems with the machine that tests peripheral vision.
and I had to go through it all again. Could do with a good rest now.

Happy Anniversary Kaz and Mick. Ten years? You're still only newly-weds.

Have a good day.

Afternoon all. Apologies from me. I have been a bit AWOL lately. Seem to be busy with appointments and so on this week. We complete on our new house tomorrow, so busy sorting that and getting things ready to let it. I seem to be all over the place at the moment, so forgive me for being absent and a bit vague when I am here  x

p.s Happy Anniversary Kaz and Mr Kaz :D xxx

Good evening all, what a lovely day it ended up being after a grey, misty and drizzly start. When I walked Billy this afternoon the sky was clear and there was a gorgeous sunset over Shropshire :D

Joe's been home poorly today so has spent the day under his duvet on the sofa, watching TV. He did have a sleep this afternoon though. I got my hair cut this morning. I'd had the layers cut quite short but I've decided to grow them a little longer again so it was a very quick cut

Di, I've been watching the Amazon deals too, that sounds like a good deal with the food. I don't think they're quite so good this year. All I've bought is an XBox One game for Joe and I bought myself an Ugly Betty box set earlier this evening as we've only got the first three seasons on DVD but I cancelled the order as I can watch it all on Netflix

Tom's at M's and John's gone out for a curry with some people from work. He's driven in this morning and given another local fella, Bob, a lift in and then he's leaving his car at the office and they're both getting the bus home and then Bob will pick him up in the morning. Depending on what time bus they get back I said that might walk down to meet him with Billy. I was hoping he'd get the 8pm one but he's not texted me yet to let me know.

Happy Anniversary to Mr and Mrs Kaz! :D

Evening :)
Exciting re the house Loz, hope it all goes ok xx

Jo they've done it differently haven't they, before they've only had a few deals per hour, now there seem to be zillions to trawl through!
The dogfood, it turned out you could only order one anyway, so logged in as me and ordered another - I was a bit out of date, since Bb usually goes to get it, we've been paying £37 for the same-sized bag. So we've saved about £42 today :D

They definitely didn't used to do it, I went online to find if we could get it any cheaper but the local pet shop was about right; now amazon have it the normal price on there is £26ish, so very sorry local business and all that, but it's rather a lot less :?

Yes, there're lots of extra deals to look at this year. Some quite odd ones, like the lifesize animal figures for instance

Thanks for the tip about the food. Billy's Arden Grange is cheaper on Amazon too, by about £5 per bag but it mounts up over a year doesn't it?!

You can treat yourself with that £42 ;)

It's also the convenience of having it delivered Jo; the pet shop is in an awkward spot, we have to park on yellow lines opposite and up the road a bit - and it's a heavy bag!

Good to know I could have it delivered if needs be, and at a good price :) We usually go to PaH at one of the retail parks we have here, but I'll bear this in mind 8-)
