I wanted to use PayPall other day but it would not accept my password. I was sure it was correct so tried a few more times before going to my passwords file and doing a C&P - again it was refused.
I tried resetting my password and went through their system without any bother till finally getting a verification code. In went the code and was accepted, but when I tried to use the account it was refused again because........ my password was incorrect. I had written it to my passwords file and pasted the details from there, even so I tried a few other combinations, without any luck.
I tried again with another new password and it too failed.
I have just had a reply to my complaint saying it could take up to eight weeks to be resolved.
In order to buy the goods I have had to set up a new account, and all the information I gave to set it up is in another file in my passwords locker.
Has anybody else had problems, or is it just a blip?
