Hi all - having a week off from swimming lessons with Lewis this week as Jen is home from her NYC trip But she has picked up a sore throat and is suffering with jet lag so I have learned zilch about her exciting week so far Might as well have gone swimming I reckon

I have had a reasonable day at work as despite having all day clinic I swung it so I had help Not too bad really...weather has been mild but grey.
