Good afternoon all, the sun is shining at the moment after a very wet start. I've not walked Billy yet, we'll go for a long walk shortly and again tonight and he may be lacking in walks this weekend! I got a load of housework done after getting back from the gym and I'd ordered two pairs of boots from Clarks earlier in the week and couldn't decide which pair to keep so decided I'd try them on with everything in my wardrobe (again) and make a decision this morning. I did. I'm keeping both pairs :P

I need to get some things sorted for the weekend this afternoon, John and I are off to London in the morning for the weekend. Can't wait!

I've just had a text off Joe to say that he doesn't want any dinner as he's going to the Christmas Lights switch on down in town tonight. They usually put on an amazing firework display when the lights are switched on - they have to I think to hide the sheer patheticness of the one string of lights, a few snowflakes on lamp posts and the scraggy leaning tree....

Have a good day all! Hope that Osc and the family aren't badly affected xx

Not seen Osc's post yet but I can imagine :( (((((((((())))))))

Pouring down here all night and much of the day....I took Smudge to the vets for his booster and a new worming solution...gobsmacked at the cost!! Left him safely in his carrier in the car and nipped into town mainly for a warm and a coffee. Back up to Iceland and Aldi to get some bits and then drove back into our village to meet Jan and Karen (work mates) for lunch in our local coffee shop. Since getting home I have gone mad re housework (including all the conservatory windows with the Karcher) - so mad I seem to have hurt my back and am sat with a HWB behind me and a painkiller down my neck :(

Rain seems to have eased off now.....

Jo hope you have a smashing time in London 8-)

((((((((((Ally))))))))) Hope today has gone as well as these things can xx

Quiet night in I think xxx
