We have been to Malta several times. Stayed at a hotel in Silema.
Also visited when we have been on a cruise.

No we have never been to Malta although it is somewhere we had always intended to visit. We got the whole week, flights, transfers and B&B in a hotel for €555 for the two of us, approx. £435. Considering the posh hotel wanted €370 for one night, I think we have done quite well Already on the track of some dancing , the next thing is to trawl through the lists and try to find some of our summer clothes

I want to move back to Europe. Just did a quick look (as you do) flights alone for me would be $2,562, basically an extra thousand euro's just for flights, then I'd have accommodation still.

Oh, and flight time is 38 hours with 2 stops.

That's how we looked at it Osc, we've paid under £400 for flights, accommodation and transfers - no contest is there
Mind you, having said that, posh hotels do have their place
