Another day another deed.

I am off for my usual weekly hairdo! Following which I do two to three hours in our charity shop for soldiers and HM servicemen and women.
Just thought I will mention the Go Cheff that I purchased over a week ago. Spectacular, produces wonderful meals.roasts
Soups, fries, steams.. Best cooking utensil I have ever purchased. Chicken curry last night, delicious pork chops tonight.
It does everything. Gus daysi need now to get rid of the mountain of saucepans pottery cook pots and dishes.. Somehow I cannotlet them go regardless of the fact Ido not need them all anymore. Gave my bread maker away, had two, ice cream maker, and a great more stuff cluttering my kitchen gus has threatened to get me on "The Hoarder" :o :(

I have heard good things about those Go Chef cookers, Kate, the problem is where would I put it? I am short on workspace as it is, but I cannot get rid of my microwave, slow-cooker, mini oven, pots and pans, food processor, Georgie type grill, pasta maker.......... :o

I'll join you on 'The Hoarder'.

I know the feeling. I have the ice cream maker, slow cooker, food processor, food mixer, Georgie grill, hand operated mincer, and yesterday I bought an electric mincer because I feed my cats raw food and the hand mincer was hard work. Most of this is in the cupboard under the stairs because if it all sat out on the work surfaces there wouldn't be any room to work.

I like the sound of that Go Chef though Kate. Get thee behind me Satan.

I'd never heard of it before, but on looking it up I see it can "Bake, Fry, Slow Cook, Steam, Boil, Roast and More'.

What else could you ask for?

Frank I cannot imagine you not being 100 percent organised. My kitchen far too small for the dozens of pots pand p,attic containers pottery. You name it I have got it. Bought another set of kitchen scales today, Gus informed me I already have for!!! Nonsense said I then I opened a cupboard and found out she was correct... "Oh dear...Help the Aged"..

Kate, I am a minimalist. I don't "do" frippery, ornaments, pictures or those sort of things. However, when it comes to the kitchen I am a gadget junkie, especially those JML, K-tel, QVC kind of offers!!!

I have a hand operated "food processor" that chops, slices, mixes, grates.......... well, it did for the bloke on QVC.

I have a ceramic knife that somehow went blunt, but I cannot find anything to sharpen it, and believe me I have bought every kind of knife sharpener imaginable.

I have a seven pan set of German pans with a lifelong guarantee. Every single one has its twin for "everyday" use. Why?

I also have a thing about LED torches and radio controlled digital clocks, but they are for another time. :o
