Good mornng Thursday

Postby debih » 30 Oct 2014, 08:34

Morning all. Last full day of holiday and it's miserable and misty.

We are heading into Whitby as the girls want to shop. It's also the first day of the annual goth weekend so that'll be interesting.

Morning all - rather grey this morning here as well but they're apparently expecting about 19degrees so it's really very balmy - too warm for this time of year really.

Debih - hope you have as nice a day as possible with the girls today. That Goth weekend sounds interesting; no doubt some interesting outfits on display.
Saudra, if the Morrisons Local is anything like the big Morrisons we have close to where I live (obviously just smaller ;) ) then you'll love it. Ours has really upped their standard and esp the fruit and veg section is amazing.
Cruiser, perfect way of doing things I think - busy morning then nice relaxing afternoon and evening.

I've got a 1/2 day today. Meeting up with a friend for what no doubt will be a rather long lunch as we haven't seen each other in a while; and no doubt it will involve a glass or two of wine so think it's best to not come back to work ;) much more relaxing this way not having to stress about rushing back

Have a lovely day everyone

Good morning everyone :)

It's dull here again, I do hope it doesn't rain though, we've only had one dry/sunny day in the last ten  Harry goes back to his dad's tonight, he was going tomorrow afternoon but pressure of work means Mick can't spare the afternoon off and H has a Halloween party to go to tomorrow night ;) I will miss him, but not the teenage 'attitude' which has kicked in with a vengeance this holiday   ;)

We love Morrisons, fantastic quality and excellent prices 8-) 8-)

The pups look very snazzy with their new haircuts, both look so skinny without their usual fuzz

Have a good day everyone, hugs for those in need of them ((((((x)))))

morning all ,what can i say ? another scorcher ,very unusual --locals muttering should not be like this at this time of year.

tights/boots/jumpers appearing,it seems that once the 1st of Oct comes it's Winter ! even if it is in the 30's

Morning :)
Clouded over but still warm here, and 21c forecast for tomorrow! Weird, but not complaining, it means no heating till at least when we come back :)

Ooh you're all busy today! Debih you might see Mirabelle's son (do you remember her from the dm? - she's posted pics before of him in his outfits).

Kaz it's sad isn't it, as Jo knows too it becomes rather hard work with some of them, you just have to keep plugging on and wait for them to 'come back'. xx
Bet the doggies look smart :) One of Minnie's friends (Hugo!) is a mini Schnauzer and he sort of extra-bounces along when he's just been clipped :D

Saundra that's brilliant, it will make such a difference for you :) It has for me, with the Tesco local now being in the village - I can't carry much but at least can go for a few things :)
Vic it's nuts isn't it, they dress to the calendar :D
Cruiser you are lucky, our blood test queue is just the same at all hours now - it's because all the Drs surgeries have stopped doing them - budget

Today I shall be ironing the few bits that need it, organising clothes in the 2nd bedroom, Bb's getting the case down...and getting excited :D
Have a good day all

Good morning all.

A miserable morning here - weather-wise. Just back from a long walk, but I can;t say I enjoyed it.

We have an owners' meeting at our lodge this morning, where the boss man of our Management Company
is coming to find out why we found the last Lodge Manager so useless that we finally succeeded in getting
her to quit. Should be an interesting meeting.

Hope you are all well. Have a nice day.
