:o Vic

Di I remember Twizzle ( Loz) and that's a pretty good description of my boy, he's all long arms and legs, very gangly   Ria he just wants something that will scare the beejeebers out of his mates apparently :?  There is a new 'pop-up' Halloween shop in an empty shop unit in the city centre so that will be out first port of call

Becks is excited rather than nervous, which is really positive. She's always loved the bags I bought home from there, so I think she'll enjoy working there 8-) She's joining the gym down there in the Quays as well 8-)

I hope B's first shift is going well Kaz - no doubt you'll find out when she gets home :) How lovely to be able to spend some time with Harry :D I can imagine how fast he's growing....teenage boys do don't they?

Back to work for me today - after a week off it's hard to get back into the swing of it, and tonight it was dark, pitch black dark, when I left and locked up :( Winter's here. It's been very grey and dark all day too - plus the main road through the village is being resurfaced so there are traffic lights and tail backs everywhere....and a lot of noise right in front of our shop :| :(

Extra hugs for Debih (((((((((())))))))

And the days seem to drag on, don't they?

I did a whirling dervish with the bathrooms and stairs, then sat outside, it was so hot

Popped over to see a friend - he admits to 82 - looks about 70  - but he wasn't his normal chirpy self, and we both agreed he'd lost weight, so I'll send Grumpy over again at the end of the week.

His wife lives in Croydon and I don't have a phone number for her. But they speak at least once a day, so maybe I'm worrying when I shouldn't.

Glad it went well Kaz :)

I just saw an owl! :D
Outside with Minnie, we heard two kinds of owl, one twit-twooing, the other sort of screeching, then the screeching got closer, and it flew right over Bb's head :D
We hear them quite a lot, but I've never, ever seen one in flight like that :D
