Ouch Frank, painful I try to wear new shoes or boots round the house, with thick socks to stretch them out, before I first wear them - breaks 'em in xxxx

WM, it takes me about 5 months to get used to shoes - I'm soooo much happier in flip-flops - and even then, I still get problems.

Think I should walk on a beach..................
