Leave it ALONE!

Postby Workingman » 24 Oct 2014, 18:28

Do NOT play with it. Do not mess with it. Leave well alone. Go with the flow and don't complain. Stick with it - you will get there in the end.

That's what I should have told myself on Wednesday, but I didn't.

Anyway, after lots of pushing and tugging (of hair) and stamping of feet, I am able to post again.

Damned computers!

My oh is a great fiddler.
He just can,t leave well alone.
He baffled the memory on his expensive Olympus
camera so it had to go back to be repaired.
He just can,t help tapping this and poking that.
I have had to take his laptop back to factory settings
More than once

On a slightly different tack.

If your orange fluffy curtains need washing - don't

I'd just put mine out on the line, looked at them, brought them downstairs and chucked 'em in the bin

Grumpy said that if we pushed them together, no-one would be able to tell they were rags

Never ever, not ever, no matter how comfy they feel, go for a long(ish) walk in a new pair of shoes - you know it makes sense! :o

Uh oh Ton! :x What a shame :( Can you sew, or will you need to buy new one ready-made? :?

:o Ouch Frank, painful :( I try to wear new shoes or boots round the house, with thick socks to stretch them out, before I first wear them - breaks 'em in ;) xxxx

A new posting for this one Kaz

WM, it takes me about 5 months to get used to shoes - I'm soooo much happier in flip-flops - and even then, I still get problems.

Think I should walk on a beach..................
