Morning Ally :) Morning everyone :)

I need a haircut too! Might go and get one I think, but I'll check and see if 'my' hairdresser is in today first - Supercuts don't make appointments :? Still it gets my walk done, whether or not ;) More winter woollies, skirts etc out of storage to wash and dry first, not that it's cold enough to wear them yet  It was very windy here last night, and its still a bit breezy now - the tail end of that hurricane apparently ;)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning all. Shattered this morning.

The weather isn't great - very wet and very windy.

Work for me until 12pm and then home to try to do something technical on my car. When I was driving back from the hospital last night I realised that my headlight was out. As Mick is away until Thursday night and we are off on holiday on Friday and I have quite a bit of driving around in the dark to do tomorrow night, I thought I ought to try to change the bulb. So I will be looking under the bonnet when I get home - I have found how to do it in the manual so hopefully it will be pretty simple (famous last words).

I have my flu jab at 4.30 so will stop off and buy a new bulb on the way.

Book group this evening to discuss my book choice (The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August) - I hope they enjoyed it more than I did.

Morning :)
Very windy, not as warm, and rain just as Bb went out with Minnie - not a lot though, think it's just meant to be a few showers today.
Yes Kaz, what's left of the hurricane, it's not too bad, here at least. They're driving me mad on the Tv this morning, 'tiles may come off'...'the rain might make the fallen leaves slippery' - errr, yes, that's what weather does  :P

I could do with a haircut too, will walk over the road later and see when she can fit me in :)
Bb did well yesterday on this big new job, hope it goes as well today.
I shall be trying to slowly get through some h-word - that's partly why I hate it so, I can't just zip through it and get it out of the way
Hope you all have a good day
Di

Morning everyone

Another glorious morning :D :D

I'd actually put my cut-offs to one side, thinking I wouldn't be wearing them again, as it was so cold and not nice at all. But they're on again this morning :D

A walk down to the village, to pay our motorway tax, then a coffee stop :D Definately coffee for me, Grumpy will, no doubt, have a beer ;)

Hope Bb has another good day Di xx

And the rest of us too :D :D

Hi all - got this week off work, holiday :D We spent yesterday with T at the gym and then we made up a flask and took some chocolate ( 8-) ) and went walking to a local beauty spot, Hurworth Burn - it's a bit like a tiny version of Lake Windermere :) Minus the mountains.....but we had a lovely walk 8-) Took Lewis swimming last night as usual on a Monday.

Today has been bright and sunny but very windy! We had planned on going to Nose's Point, another pretty walk near the beach at Seaham, but figured it might be a bit hard going in the wind, so we took the dogs a long walk instead. I picked Lewis up from school - planned, as we are booked in at Alnmouth for a couple of nights from tomorrow and then on Friday they are away for the weekend so we won't see him for a while - we took him to our local Brewers Fayre pub for tea - it was really good value! 8-) And he made a new friend in the play area :D

Did you get your haircuts ladies? Mine is well overdue also, but we had no definite plans for this week until yesterday when I managed to get our B&B sorted out, so I've not got an appt sorted. Have to be next week now...

That all sounds great fun Gal, and I hope your few days away are lovely :)

No I didn't get my haircut after all, my 'girl' is now the salon manager (good for her, she is great and deserves it) and was having a day off!! So I'll look in next time I'm in the city centre and take pot luck on her being there - I really prefer her, the other two girls in there just don't cut as well as she does

Yes thanks - Eduardo done a fab job. :D :D :D

He is as camp as Christmas and had me in howls of laughter with tales of renting one of his holiday apartments out.
