Well, no bags

At least, not the correct ones-

He'd asked this particular nurse to open a cupboard, so he could get me the correct bags - she did, then went home, so "some-one" locked the door and took the key home

He said he'd get it sorted tomorrow, as he's working, but I told him to forget it - but make sure he has my proper bags by Wednesday - I won't bore you with all the other chat/talk - but the poor lad was in bits.

And my dinner hasn't turned out how it was supposed to be either

I know Kaz, I know

It's a sympomatic system over here - once you get a job, it's very very difficult and extremely expensive, to get them out.

Things, they are a -changing, but not in my lifetime - or Felipe's and he's in his 30's.

He was sooooo apologetic - even offered to drive to get some bags from Faro, or from somewhere, I told him not to bother. Probably too soft, me, but I do feel sorry for him, poor lad is trying his best, it's every-one else

I have bags, he has a young son - he was working a double shift today and is all week-end, I'll manage.

Yes, I'm probably too soft, but I know how things work over here and throwing a strop - as Grumpy was just about to, ain't going to work. Well, it will, in the short term - we have to think long term. Gladys is for life, I need Felipe to be on my side.

Oh Ton, poor you but also poor Felipe, who is so lovely and is trying his best, no doubt not just for you and your bags but for all sorts of other situations too (((xx)))

Ton, I feel for you and for Felipe, you're both victims of the poor organisation there. He's obviously doing his best to help you out, it must be just as frustrating for him :(
