Dinner tonight?

Postby Kaz » 14 Oct 2014, 15:05

Well its another miserable, wet day here so I thought I'd make a cottage pie :D Amazingly, in my packed freezer there was no low fat beef mince, so I bought some whilst out and in a minute I'll make the savoury mince up and peel some spuds.

Fresh carrots and broccoli to accompany, and all allowed on the Healthy and Filling list for Weightwatchers ;)

I've got a jar of Spanish chicken sauce so I'll do that with baby new potatoes, carrots, peas and broccoli.

We've got leaving drinks after work tonight so not sure what time I'll get home, but most likely it'll be cheese and biscuits or something simple like that. I had my main meal at lunch time (chicken stew type thing with pasta)
