Good morning Monday

Ooooooo - I'm early this morning.

I have obviously had too much sleep over the last couple of days as its 1am and I'm wide awake!!! I tried going to bed but got up again. I am tired though so am going to try again shortly but thought I'd start the good morning thread.

I've decided that I am not going into work today - I feel 100% better but want to make sure that this bug is completely out of my system so a day off won't hurt. And I was due to finish at 12pm anyway. No lay in though- still got to get the girls up and off to school. Then I'm going to walk Millie - I haven't been out of the house since Thursday afternoon and I'm getting cabin fever - and come home and potter. The house looks like a bomb site but I still feel pretty wiped out so I will plod through and get done what I can.

I'm then going to pick the girls up from school and take them to Chesterfield to buy new winter coats. Its the only time we are all free until next Monday so tomorrow it has to be - otherwise they will be going on holiday in thin jackets! We have left it very late this year!

I am supposed to have my flu jab this afternoon but I am going to ring and see if they want me to rearrange as I have been ill.

Right, I'm back off to bed - see you laters!

Morning Debih.

Looks lufferly out there.

It was National Spanish Day yesterday - so the natives do their usual and make it a bridging weekend meaning today is the bank holiday.

I'm off for a long run after my cuppa - I put loads of new tunes on my ipod yesterday that are crying out to be pounded along to.

I picked up two Lynda la Plante books yesterday at the market so my nose will be stuck in one of them today.

Don is cooking something Thai orientated for dinner tonight..my day is sorted.

Morning all - again. I'm back.

I slept well once I went back to bed.

I'm going to potter really slowly today - my bruises are all coming out from where I fell when I passed out on Friday - my arm particularly is very painful.

A bit of blue, a bit of wun, a bit of white and grey cloud - another thunderstorm on it's way, apparently, but tonight, so hopefully your friends will be in the dry Debih

You take it easy Debih, if you need to sit down and rest, do it, houseworkery can wait.

We're off in an hour or so, back Wednesday Our friends M and J rang yesterday and offered us dinner tonight, so that's that sorted and it's Portugal footie tomorrow night, so just need to find a bar/restaurant with a tele - well, that's all of them then

Dark and wet here - the main road has just re-opened after they'd cleared a fallen tree, other roads closed due to flooding - that didn't take long did it?!

Regardless of the weather I have to go out - to the dentist A filling came out on Thursday, hope he can just whack a new one in.

We've got some more viewings today. Not expecting too much, one is definitely a project but the price is very attractive. Will be interesting.
