Sorry to hear you haven't been well Deb, awful those bugs - glad you're on the mend :)

We've had a busy weekend! After Lewis left yesterday (I'd been to work - think I got the easy part! ) I was shattered after my sleepless night and would have loved a Nanna nap ( ) but I can't sleep in the day so I sat in the conservatory and read for a bit...then last night we went to a charity fund raising night with friends who we don't see too often so it was good for a catch up - there was food on as well and we had quite a bit to drink

Today after a spot of ironing and washing, the sun was shining again so we had a ride down to Seaton Carew to stroll along the beach. We got some fish and chips and went to find a bench to sit on to eat them - yes it was so warm, T was only in short sleeves 8-) ....but there were so many seagulls in the spot we chose, and I got really anxious about them as I have a bird phobia....then one pooped on my hair  Well that was the last straw and we relocated quick smart to another bench further along where we finished our lunch in peace but I couldn't wait to get home and wash my hair!!! :( :?

My book beckoned again so I've been back in the conservatory this afternoon while T went for a nap :)

Saw your FB status on a loo break last night, Osc - so thrilled for you all :D 8-)

I did have a good walk this morning.
I decided to go for a paper, as suggested, and took a new long circuitous route
that avoided the places where I used to dog-walk. That I quite enjoyed.
It will take some time for me to get back to normal, as every time I move about
our apartment I expect to see a dog to step over. It's just a matter of time, I suppose.

It's horrid Aggers, there's a dog-shaped hole.
As you say, time helps (((x)))
