We had chips tonight for convenience, but usually would have some pasta with a tomato sauce.

Back to the curry - off to change clothes, it's got fenugreek in ;)
Chicken's marinating, spice mixture mixed, sauce thawed - and found little bag of mini-samosa, pakoras and bhajis in freezer...looks like we'll have a feast :D

Portuguese type tinned sausages, chorizo, three different types of bean, including broad beans, rice, pasta, carrot, cabbage, garlic and crusty bread to go with it.

A variation of Portuguese bean stew :D

But I'll come over and sample Di's curry, if that's alrgiht   ;)

The casserole was lovely, and there was a portion left over to go in the fridge for a lunch for Mick over the next day or so. The gravy would be lush with some crusty bread ;)
