That looks lovely! We are busy planning a holiday to Lake Como next year, we spent four days there some years ago and really loved it. We are going down the road of renting an apartment, a first for us, and are on the verge of booking a particular one. The place is Menaggio and it's gorgeous, with lots of great walks in the area and plenty for us to do. I love planning holidays! Might manage a city break in the Spring, depending how the finances go with the new house. Lovely blue sky in that video, Di, and I laughed because the shot of the place at night was initially black as the video stuttered

I've had a look now Di, it looks lovely! :D

We had an invitation yesterday to go on holiday to Portugal. My cousin and his husband are going and are asking family and friends to join them. It's the first two weeks of the Summer holiday though and it's virtually impossible for John to take time off then as it's their busiest period at work.

Not really Di, for a start he's have to ask himself  but it's generally a no-no. That's why we've always gone to Cornwall at the very end of the holiday.

We're thinkng of popping up to Ourique again - there's a couple of other houses, just on the market - well, one for the last 4 years and not quite where we want to be, but be rude not to ;)

And as a birthday pressie for Grumpy
