Usual Mondayish stuff has to be done, minus any washing thanks to the weather, but I have high hopes for tomorrow

Gorgeous morning again here and the week ahead is looking good too

Off to Tavira later, as D is back and wants to pay us then a little bit of shopping, as I need a pastry brush or similar, for the egg white

And so a relaxing afternoon - and I'm back on the no alcohol kick (until Sunday ) so will be swigging back water and this rather delish - and sharp - lemon drink I've found

Dull here too, real autumn weather, but hopefully no rain! Luckily I got the vital washing done over the weekend, anything else can wait

Well that weekend went by just far to fast - I'm not ready for it to be Monday already And the weather matches my mood - grey and miserable

I bought a pair of black trousers, as I didn't possess such a thing and Grumpy has bought a new gear stick knob for the car - the other one was held together with parcel tape

Oh berlimey - there have been a few swear words - from him, not me

One screw was missing, so that didn't help. He's got over that, removed the old one and now he's attacking the stem with a hack-saw

Think he'd have been better off either going to the Citroen garage or using a lump of wood
