That looks lovely Loz. I might do something similar to sit on the dining table.

My decoration to reflect the season comes out soon at the beginning of October. A big flashing pumpkin head light! It's dead classy.

I'll remember to get a photo of it when it comes out.

If you collect conkers and put them in dishes in all the rooms it seems to keep those dratted daddy long legs at bay. We've been doing it for years.

I should collect some Cal that's the third mention I've seen today of conkers keeping daddy long legs away.
They don't really bother me but this morning for instance there were 4 of them in the big bay window at the front. I opened one of the windows and managed to 'persuade' 3 of them out ;)

Still nothing fallen from the big tree over the common, it doesn't look like it'll be too much longer though now.
