Salvi's sausages

Oooh er missus.

Don's mate Salvi came round yesterday with some of his home made sausages for us.

I've found a BBC Good Food sticky apple, sausage & bacon recipe that I like the look of but am going to add chunks of red onion and garlic too so's they'll caramelise.

Served with mash.
