It's nice to be away but it's lovely to be home.

We had a good journey home - left at 10.15 and got hem at 3.30. Much better travelling mid week.

All unpacked, second load of washing on, had a bath, in my pjs and sent Mick for a takeaway.

Had a lovely text from the cottage owner to say we can definitely go back again next year.
