I've been for a run - excess baggage needs to be got rid of after 4 days and nights of madness.

A swim after my coffee and then I am going to do nothing but laze on the sofa, read and watch footy.

Afternoon all, bright breezy morning and we enjoyed a lovely walk along the beach. However it has clouded over quite a lot now and there has been a shower of rain. Ironing to be done, and expecting Miss Osc and family back later, they are going to a christening locally this afternoon. Enjoy your day everyone
